First Visit

Prior to your first visit, we will send you a health questionnaire, information on HIPAA and the most recent edition of our newsletter. We ask that you complete the questionnaire and HIPAA acknowledgement and bring them with you on your first visit.

Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. We will review your health history and take necessary radiographs. Then, we will complete a thorough dental exam, a periodontal screening and an oral cancer screening.

After assessing your oral health, a second appointment will be scheduled with a hygienist so that she can meet your individual hygiene needs.
